A safe harbor for Cuba’s dreams.
Two Countries, One Mission
Since our founding, Porto Seguro has connected support from Canada with communities in Cuba, building lasting partnerships around culture, education, and humanitarian aid for people of every age.
To advance development of Cuban communities, through lasting partnerships and locally rooted projects.
A steady bridge between Canada and Cuba, where every generation finds real opportunities to grow, create, and thrive.
Cultural Leadership
Every Porto Seguro project answers a real need, confirmed together with the Cuban communities we serve — from cultural leadership to sustainable agriculture, and soon, humanitarian aid at a national scale.
Cultura entre las manos Center
We support Centro Cultura Entre las Manos in its entirety — a cultural space that connects the Deaf community, their families, and friends through intercultural dialogue and Cuban Sign Language.
Mango Social Enterprise
A family-run mango orchard in Matanzas, whose fruit, juice, and pulp reach markets across Cuba and beyond. We help connect the farm with buyers and open new paths to sustainable income for the community.
